Immunity Tea.

A herbal blend for all year round supporting the immune system and reliving symptoms associated with colds and flus,

Ingredients:

Elderflower: Aids combating colds and flu. Anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.

Meadowsweet: Aids with headaches, sort throats and digestion.

Peppermint: Helps to relieve sinuses, menstrual cramps and digestion. Assist with colds and inflammation.

Yarrow: Assist with decongestion, digestion and inflammation. May help anxiety and neurological conditions.

Mullein: Helps with respiratory and expelling mucus. 

Brewing!
Add 1 tea spoon to a strainer and hot water, allow to sit for 2 to 3 mins.
