Ingredients:

• Elderflower: Aids combating colds and flu. Anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.
• Meadowsweet: Aids with headaches, sort throats and digestion.
• Peppermint: Helps to relieve sinuses, menstrual cramps and digestion. Assist with colds and inflammation.
• Yarrow: Assist with decongestion, digestion and inflammation. May help anxiety and neurological conditions.
• Mullein: Helps with respiratory and expelling mucus. 

Brewing!
Add 1 tea spoon to a strainer and hot water, allow to sit for 2 to 3 mins.
