White Sage

Sage comes from the Latin word ‘Salvia’, which means to ‘heal’. It is considered a sacred, cleansing plant that balances the energy around us, cleanses and renews objects, and helps restore balance within us.

White sage has been used for centuries in purification rituals. Its smoke can cleanse your home and aura of negative, stagnant energies , refocus your intentions, and purify your body, mind, and spirit. 

How to use:

Light the end of the sage stick and then gently blow out so there is a consistent flow of smoke. Fan smoke into each room and corner of your home with the intention to clear the energy in the space and infuse protection, cleansing and healing. To smudge yourself, fan the smoke around your aura with the intention that your energy is being cleansed and protected.
