Purify and cleanse.

Palo Santo is used for spiritual purification and energy cleansing. When the wood is burned it's believed to clear negative energy and attracted positive ones, restoring tranquility and calm.

It is important to set your intention, either to yourself, or out loud whilst cleansing. An example of setting your intention is 'I clear this space of negative energy to make way for light and love'.

It is also well known for its healing properties:

• Reduces stress and anxiety
• Reduces inflammation and effects of allergies

Sustainably sourced from the sacred Palo Santo tree of South America, its name translates to ‘holy wood” in Spanish. The Palo Santo tree is traditionally used by healers, shamans and elders during ceremonies and healings.

Our suppliers ensure that the manufacturing of this holy wood is treated with respect and per the require practice. The manufacturer only uses naturally fallen trees that have been lying peacefully for between 4-10 years and for every fallen tree that is taken, is replaced with a seedling working towards continuously restoring the palo santo population.
