Ingredients:

Passionflower: Aids sleep, reduces stress and anxiety. Anti-oxidant / anti-inflammatory.

Liquorice Root: Treats coughs, stomach pain, insomnia and infection.

Motherwort: Aids in heart health. Assist alleviating anxiety, depression and reduced inflammation. 

Lemon Balm: Reduces anxiety and stress, eases insomnia. Assist nausea, indigestion and minimizing menstrual cramps.

Skullcap: Used for nervous disorders, stress, anxiety, insomnia. May help protect against neurological disorders.

Lavender: Improve sleep, natural remedy for pain, reduces inflammation. Anti bacterial and anti fungal. Reduces blood pressure and heart rate.

How to use!
In the evening, add 1 tea spoon of Dreamer Tea to a strainer and hot water, allow to sit for 2 mins or at your desired strength of flavour.
